This was SO tough. Each photo was excellent in its own way and I now feel sorry for judges of winning things all over the world. The task is not easy. I wanted everyone to win.
Great job to everyone who entered and to the finalists! We asked and you guys delivered your best raw photos without photoshop and the flash and dazzle of editing. It was your excellence and your cameras and that's what we wanted to celebrate.

Yeah, I love the photo that won! It reminds me of the joys of summer when you're young and simple things like getting to play in the hose is a magical and wonderful thing, but it somehow gets overlooked when you are older.
